I am pleasantly surprised by these boots. I was skeptical of them, figuring that they were just another passing fashion fad (and an expensive one, at that), but found myself looking for some really warm boots to wear for a trip to cold country, so I broke down and ordered some. Well, I put them on after they arrived, and I can’t believe how comfortable they are. They are warm and toasty and unbelievably, incredibly comfortable. I still think that they are too expensive, but very wearable. Oh, I usually wear a size eight, but heard that they run large. Got a seven and fits great.

I am using my husband’s account, but I wanted to write a review to say how much I love these boots! I purchased them before the winter of 2006, and they are still going strong. I wore them through three hard Michigan winters while I was away at school, and they are still in great shape. I bought the black boots, and the only complaint I have is that the color has faded from all of the snow and salt. But what do I expect when other boots would probably do the same! I have other Ugg boots in brown, and I purchased the weather-repellant spray and put it on the boots before wearing them. They have held up through a Michigan winter and now an Ohio winter, and those look like brand new! Love Ugg boots!!!

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my mother who is always cold. I’ve had a pair for over 4 years and still going so decided to give her some. She loves them and wears them inside and out. The only way these could get better is if they were waterproof. But they do well for city weather, not so much for trekking around in the snow, though 1-3 inches of snow and they do fine. They really do keep your feet very warm.

I originally agreed that these boots might be a little too expensive… until I caved and bought a pair and wore them the entire winter last year. I needed another pair this year since I literally wore mine out with all the walking I did. I bought Bear Paw instead since they looked the same to me and were a fifth of the cost. Well, you get what you pay for. The top seam is fraying, the fake fur inside bleeds dye on my legs and worse — they are not NEAR as warm! They look nice and my feet aren’t totally freezing so I guess that is a plus… But shame on me. I should have bought these UGGs again… which is what I am doing online right now… I own every boot style and brand under the sun. So far, UGGs are the best for warmth and comfort in cold weather environments.

I just bought a pair a few months ago, never really cared too much for the style but needed a warm shoe/boot for the cooler months. To me this is a lot of money for shoes but after the arrival I understand why, they are made well, great materials and so comfortable they feel like house slippers. I did not buy this on Amazon but now looking for others to get on this site because these prices are a lot better.
